The Ille Illa Tamil Song from Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has been released, introducing audiences to a pleasant and emotionally engaging side of the upcoming family drama. Featuring Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju, the Ille Illa Tamil Song blends gentle melodies, youthful energy and a warm musical atmosphere.
Composed, arranged and produced by Vishnu Vijay, the track also features his flute performance, adding a soft instrumental layer to the composition. Kapil Kapilan lends his voice to the Tamil version, while the lyrics are penned by Vishnu Edavan. The combination creates a melody that feels natural and easy to connect with.
The song also features children’s chorus vocals by Chinmayi Kiranlal, Vasudev and Nila Raj, supervised by Nikhil Raj and Unni Elayaraja. Their voices add an innocent and lively quality to the track, complementing the main vocal performance.
The instrumental arrangement includes electric guitars by Keba Jeremiah and trumpet by Viji. The production has been handled across studios in Chennai and Kochi, with the vocals, guitars and trumpet recorded at 2 Bar Q Studios in Chennai and the children’s chorus recorded at M Lounge Studios in Kochi.
Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is directed by Girish A D, who has also co-written the film with Kiran Josey. The movie features an ensemble cast led by Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju, alongside Sangeeth Prathap, Suresh Krishna, Vinay Forrt, Roshan Shanavas, Shyam Mohan, Srinda, Parvathy Ayyappadas, Meenakshy Raveendran, Bindu Panicker and several other prominent performers.
The film is produced by Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil and Syam Pushkaran under Bhavana Studios. Ajmal Sabu handles cinematography, while Akash Joseph Varghese is responsible for editing. Production design is by Ashik S, with Dhanya Balakrishnan handling costumes and Ronex Xavier taking care of makeup.
The technical team also includes sound designers Sankaran A S and K C Sidharthan, sound mixer Vishnu Sujathan, and VFX work by Egg White VFX. Color Planet Studios handles the DI, with Remesh CP serving as the DI colourist.
For the Tamil version, the song has been produced with attention to its regional lyrical and vocal presentation while retaining the musical character of the original composition. Sujith Sreedhar has handled the mixing and mastering at The Masterhouse, 2 Bar Q Studios in Chennai.
