The official Hi 🙂 Trailer has been released, offering audiences a glimpse into the upcoming Tamil film starring Kavin and Nayanthara in the lead roles. Written and directed by Vishnu Edavan, the movie is set to explore relationships, emotions and different shades of contemporary life through its central characters.
The trailer introduces Kavin and Nayanthara in prominent roles, with their characters appearing to share an important connection within the story. The footage moves through moments of romance, family interactions, humour and emotional situations, while keeping the main twists of the narrative under wraps.
The supporting cast includes several familiar faces from Tamil cinema, including Bhagyaraj, Radhika Sarathkumar, Prabhu, VTV Ganesh, Sathyan, Amrutha Srinivasan, Aadhithya Kathir, Kureshi, Fepsi Vijayan and Renji Panicker. Their presence adds variety to the film’s character lineup and suggests that the story will have multiple relationships and interactions.
Vishnu Edavan, who has previously been associated with Tamil cinema through his writing work, takes charge as both writer and director. The film is backed by Vignesh Shivan, Nayanthara and SS Lalit Kumar, with Gubendiran serving as creative producer.
The technical team features Rajesh Shukla as director of photography and Philomin Raj as editor. Jen Martin is composing the music, while Kannan S. handles the art direction. The visual department also includes DI work by Annapurna Studios, colour grading by Andreas Brueckl and VFX work by Spectre Post VFX Studio and Sozo.
The trailer presents a mix of Colourful visuals and character-driven sequences. Kavin and Nayanthara remain at the Centre of the promotional material, with the film appearing to focus on their individual journeys and the bond that develops between them.
The production also features choreography by Brinda, Dinesh and Kavya G, while Dinesh Kasi handles the stunt choreography. Costume design is managed by Kavya Sriram and Anu Vardhan.
