Produced as part of Brand Blitz Entertainment’s first album, Tamizh Kirukkan, “Annakili” combines a lively folk-based musical style with a modern rap influence. The composition gives the track an energetic character while retaining the charm associated with traditional Tamil love songs. The lyrics by Vaaheesan Rasaiya revolve around admiration and attraction, using poetic descriptions of the female lead and playful expressions of romance.

The music is produced by Siva Pathmayan, who also handled the song’s mixing and mastering. Vocals are performed by Vaaheesan Rasaiya and Kilmisha, while Shatish contributes flute portions, Abinanthan handles guitar arrangements, and Derik takes care of percussion. The song was recorded at Studio Ten.

The video is directed by Kripakarjay J, with cinematography by Ballu. Set against a vibrant village backdrop, the visuals complement the folk character of the song. The choreography by Satzsou, production design by Kala Mohan, and costumes by Kwochai S. contribute to the colourful presentation. Sureka Sivakanthan has handled the makeup, while child artists Antony Sheron and Suvista are also part of the video.
